About Us: Sophie Wells – Inspiring Nursing Excellence

Sophie Wells is a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and the founder of Nursing Hub Pro LLC. She began her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant in high school after completing the Chicago Public Schools Practical Nursing Program. Over the years, Sophie has worked in Long Term Care and Private Duty Care, gaining a reputation for her leadership, expertise, and passion for patient care.

As the owner of Nursing Hub Pro LLC, Sophie now serves as an MDS Coordinator and provides coaching for nurses across the nation. She specializes in MDS assessments for billing and care planning, bringing flexibility and dedication to every role she takes on. Sophie has also authored "How to Senior Proof Your Home," offering guidance to create safer living spaces for seniors.

Despite facing personal and professional challenges such as burnout, difficult work environments, and financial obstacles, Sophie has shown remarkable resilience. She now mentors the next generation of nurses, empowering them to own their time, impact, and career trajectory. Sophie’s advice to new nurses is to have a plan, live within their means, and always be open to learning.
